It is made from curdled milk shaped into soft cheese patties, and then cooked in sugar syrup, and soaked in creamy, sweetened milk. Flavored with nuts, saffron, and cardamom, it offers a rich, creamy texture packed with aromatic flavors. The dessert is usually garnished with crushed pistachios and almonds.
